Kindly note that all documents/reports/submissions/SLA's for signature by the HOD should be accompanied with a cover letter addressed to the Department to whom it should be submitted, e.g. When a report is due to Office of the Premier a cover letter addressed to the DG for the attention of the individual should be on top of the report for signature by the HOD. This Office will no longer take responsibility of drafting letters on your behalf.
In addition to the cover letters, all correspondence sent to the Office of the HOD should have a Route Form on top and signed for HOD to acknowledge the document route. Route form is attached.
