A Farmers Journey

From a young age, Grandpa George had a deep passion for farming. However, due to limited educational opportunities at the time, he was unable to pursue it fully. In 2014, George embarked on his farming journey in the heart of the Kalahari, starting with Tuli cows.

Fast forward to today, and his dream has finally come to life, thanks to the support of the Tuli Growth Initiative. He is now the proud owner of 41 Tuli cows, 17 calves, and 2 bulls. This support has not only helped Grandpa George fulfill his lifelong dream but also ensures a stable future and a legacy of farming that will thrive for generations to come. A farmer’s heart never ages! With the backing of the Tuli Growth Initiative and his granddaughter Grancia, Grandpa George’s farm will continue to grow and prosper.

We celebrate their story of perseverance, family, and farming.

Here’s to the power of dreams, hard work, and community!
